Well, I did the drawing this morning and our winner is Zees5. I don’t know who she is as she is not a blogger, but anyone is allowed to enter if they can leave a comment.
She is an avid FOLLOWER of quite a few blogs. :o) I’ve sent an email off to notify her. If I don’t hear back in a few days, I’ll send the gift to the next winner in line.
I use Random. org and actually type in the numbers because the list randomizer is MORE truly random than an algorithm drawing. It’s a little more trouble but more fair in my mind. :o) How I wish I could give away more gifts! I do love sending goodies your way. :o)
Since I had to post anyway, I thought I’d share a few photos of our trip to the mall with the grandkids..and a couple of extra just for fun.
I do hope you are all having a great week. I look forward to next week when I’ll be back to a regular posting schedule.
And we’ll have lots of fun things to do… a great new trick to overcoming procrastination, sewing tutorials, lovely glass jewelry, and I’ve got a new dessert to share with you.
I’ll show a quick how-to for the graduation cake and the bomb cake as well. LoL!
Plus, Rebekah’s flower garden is blooming so nicely! I can’t wait to show you. :o) We also made a trip to a historic Jail in Coldspring, Tx. I’m sure you’ll enjoy photos of all the family on our trip last week.
I’ll see you after my ‘bloggy’ vacation!

Thanks Donna! I emailed you. Since I am such an avid blog follower and I don't have time for a blog of my own (: Thank you so much for the giveaway. I love that fabric and I can't wait to make my first quilt. I sew, crochet, knit, embroider. I am not too worried about piecing but quilting is another matter (:
Congrats to the winner. Great photos Donna. You really capture the shots. Have a great Thursday. Take care.
Congrats to the winner. I think it would be funny if you won my quilt. Have a great blogging vacation. Love those cute little faces.
Hurrah for Zees5! :o) I'm so glad she won and can enjoy some bloggy fun. Maybe someday..she WILL have time for a blog.
I always like to think about the readers out in bloggyland who make blogging so much fun. MOST of them don't have blogs. But without them, we wouldn't have much of a reason to blog.
I get emails every now and then from one of my readers. It always makes my day!
I'm glad you like the photos Gloria. My good shots are more the result of taking so many photos. Take enough of them..and a few will turn out 'great'. This is especially true with little ones. :o)
Yes..it's just too bad I didn't 'win' back Debby. :o)LoL!
xo

PS. Just took a long nap! Swimming with toddlers is super fun..and takes an extra measure of energy. :o)
Hi zees5...BTW, the quilting isn't that hard to do..it just takes a lot of practice. But learning how to do it right is challenging for sure! Quilting is the only thing I didn't learn 'on my own'. I paid good money for six weeks of classes! They were worth every penny. :o)
Beautiful grands!!!!
This pictures are just wonderful!! Love the close ups!! :-)
Have a wonderful weekend!!!
Blessings,
Jill
Thanks Donna. I love your vintage banner - we lived in vintage homes for 10 years but are in a contemporary track home now b/c we needed sq. footage and vintage homes are so expensive here. My kids love doing photo shoots with me so snap about 96 pictures ea. time and we end up with a dozen or so really good ones. I love the closeups too, without the flash if possible.
Thanks for the encouragement on quilting. I really want to get started on one soon. I am finishing a crochet dress. My SIL is taking me to Italy (what a shock that invite was!) so I am planning on taking a hand sewing garment project but just may end up taking crochet b/c it is so easy for me to do without a pattern. Maybe I'll find some good fabric stores in Italy (:
Congratulations to the winner! I haven't tried random number order - but think this would be great!
Hope you have a blessed weekend,
Kathy
